  2. Purely Elizabeth carries a certified gluten free rating. I think I'll take oats out of my diet and see if it helps.
  3. Thank you so much for the detailed information! I am seeing my doctor tomorrow and will discuss the vitamin / symptoms with her thoroughly. I appreciate that you shared symptoms that you've had. I will look at the Beginner's Guide. This feels daunting right now and your response has lightened the load a bit.
  4. I have intentionally consumed Purely Elizabeth. Classic Cinnamon instant oatmeal. Probably once a week. Other than this, I haven't intentionally consumed oats.
