  1. I am kind of in the same boat as to get my 9mo old tested or not. I have decided to. We are getting the panel test done along with allergy. I am fully expecting the celiac results to be neg, she has been off gluten free (except bites here and there from the floor) for 3 mo now. But hopefully the allergy test will give more info. If the tests are neg...
  2. Thank you for all your help. I am not sure if I am going to do the panel or go through eurolab (I think that is it) Has anyone gone the mail order route...is there one that is better than the other? I am going to give her some gluten and then have the panel done, unless she gets too sick. Thanks for your help, I'll keep you informed.
  3. Thank you all for your info...We went to the doctor today and her doctor wants the celiac panel test done. The only problem is that she is on a glyten free diet. I am pretty sure that she has to have it in her system for an accutate. So I am not sure what to do...anyone have any ideas?

  6. We are going to see the doctor next week to talk about the chances she has celiac and get the blood test done. I took her off wheat because of her reactions, but she needs to have it in her system for the test. Does anyone know how long I need to give it to her for the test to be accorate? Thanks
  7. Thank you for all of you help. As to her not being able to have wheat, milk and eggs, she reacts by upset stomach, both ends. That is why at first I thought it was just allergys ubt now I am not sure. She has reacted to barley, but not as bad as the wheat. When I was nursing her, she spit-up like crazy, and the same on formula. About 3 mo ago we switched...
  8. Hi everyone, I am new to all of this and found this looking for wheat free recipies for my daughter. The more I read about celiac, the more I wonder if she has this. We go to the doctor next Wednesday and I was wondering if you had any suggestions as to what to ask, expect, etc. We are looking into the blood test, but I do not know much about it or any...
