    I found a b-12 spray at Sprouts this past weekend without any of that stuff in it. It is called pure advantage and it is of the methyl form.

    Sorry about that. It is 2000mcg. Anyway, I went to a health store this morning and found a brand called Pure Advantage. It says no dairy, egg, sugar, corn, yeast, wheat, soy or glutens.     Update, I feel like total crap today...just really depressed. I am really wondering if the sugar alcohols could be it. I tried to find pure B12 but couldn't.     I would like to come up with some kind of quick shake to make in the morning. Has anyone tried using Knox Gelatin?     I buy coconut milk from Market Street or my local health food store. It comes in a can and they have regular fat or lite. I love both but the lite is more runny which is perfect for coffee. I am going to try to make whipped cream with the full fat but I haven't done it yet. It does have a bit of a coconutty taste but I really like that. Hope this helps.
