  1. I thought I posted this last night but I dint see it. A guy from Mission tortillas called me back and said right now they're only available in Washington, Oregon, California and Arizona. They're hoping to have them nationwide soon.
  2. I think they taste like regular flour tortillas! They're really good!! Kinda pricey but what gluten free product isn't?! I think they're $5 for 8 tortillas.
  3. Let's see if this works Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link by Open Original Shared Link, on Flickr Open Original Shared Link Open Original Shared Link by Open Original Shared Link, on Flickr
  4. I'm not sure if you know about these, but Mission started making gluten free tortillas! They're really, really good. They look, feel and taste like a real flour tortillas! I've found them at Von's, Ralph's and Albertsons in Riverside, CA. They're just stuck in with all the regular tortillas. There's nothing about them on Missions website and I emailed them...
  5. We were is San Diego last month and there is so many choices I want to live there. There is a Pei Wei, Chipolte and a Z Pizza. In Poway there is a Red Brick pizza and in Temecula there is a Pizza Fusion. But my absolute favorite is that the Whole Foods in La Jolla (right by San Diego) serves gluten free deli sandwiches made to order! They were the best! Amazing...
  6. Ok, I'm so excited I had to share this with everyone! I was at the Celiac Convention today in Pasadena, CA and I just found out that Doughboys Pizza (which I posted previously about being the BEST pizza but is located in Central California - about 6 hours from me) now ships their pizza and is starting to sell in stores! She said she is working on getting...
  7. Ok I might be over-reacting but we were considering eliminating soy and we realized it is in 95% of what she is eating. What do you eat when you are vegan and can't have soy? She cannot survive on fruits and veggies! Is there a soy free dairy free butter? Does anyone know which rice milk is gluten free?
  8. Thank you all for your advice. I am Briana's mom and I suggested that she post on here for help since the doctor is getting a little frustrated with us. I think we will try eliminating the soy and try rice milk, which brands are good and gluten free? She eats a LOT of potatoes. She is taking the methylcobalamin form sublingual B12 but I think I am going...
  9. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  10. Is Caltrate ok? My daughter takes that.... I hope it is
  11. They need to check their list...... They have the Amy's: Vegetable W/Organic Pasta & Vegetables Lasagna and this is what it said under ingredients: No Gluten Ingredients Keep Frozen Lasagna Enjoy The Rich Flavor of This Italian Favorite. 12. I just found this gluten free cooking class right by my house! The website is CookingStore.com and the April class is: Gluten Free Comfort Foods Thursday, April 2nd at 6:00 pm $49 When sick, or tired, or far from home, everyone seems to yearn for the gastronomic equivalent of a warm sweater, a kiss on the forehead, a favorite blanket. Come return...
  13. Thank you and I really do respect everyones opinion and willingness to take the risk. I emailed the company and wiil see what they say. If they say the same thing about the grass being young and such I think I am going to try it. I have been gluten free for a year and a half. I am not "officially" celiac but have double DQ2 and have absolutely no gastro symptoms...
  14. I didn't think the Quaker ones were either. I love the Lundberg kind though! The apple cinnamon and bananna nut are really good alone and with peanut butter its almost as good as a sandwich!
