i called around my home town to see what eating places have gluten free food and the outback steak house.has a menu that has alot of gluten free food ill be eating out more often.and you can go online www.outbacksteakhouse.com and click on menu.to print it out have a good one.Rick

i have been gluten free for over six weeks.Rick

does any one here ever had troubles with there stomach getting hot i mean real hot down to my belt line to my chest and back.sometimes i put a cold rag on it and it will cool down.and sometimes i can have the cold rag on all night.im a white male 55- 57- 190 .my doctor said that i had celiac and put me on a gluten diet when i take my meds im ok and eat right...
