I take Fem Prenatal by MetaGenics. Its formulated to be free of allergies and to be gentle on the system. You may have to order online or ask your doctor or alternative doctor to get it for you. One bottle comes with 30 packets and I take half after one meal and the other half before bed. It hasnt been too bad! Good luck! -
Hello, I have been gluten-free for almost two years now and I'm finally pregnant! Yay! The thing is, I am hungry all the time. Also, I am nauseous all the time. Its really hard because I crave things that I didn't necessarily like when I WASNT on a gluten-free diet!! (uhh..subway? I have always hated that!) It seems that my body is hungry all the time...

I went through the same thing. We tried last year and I miscarried. Exactly one month after that painful event, my sister announced her pregnancy. Talk about mixed emotions! Another helpful hint is to ask your natural grocer for a list of gluten-free foods available in their store. I live in Colorado and we have a chain out here called "Vitamin Cottage" which has a huge selection of gluten-free items as well as a handy product list. Good luck with everything...it only gets easier, frustrating, yes...but easier. J
