Hi, I'm from Scotland Co, NC, have been dealing with celiac for about a year. I would love to hear from you about your ways of dealing with it. I have a great Dr. in Pinehurst who has helped me. Also it would be nice to share some recipes. Hope some of you will respond. vonne -
