I stopped eating gluten 2 weeks ago. Ever since a few days upon stopping I have been a gas machine! I never had any kind of gas before and I am already dairy-free. Does anyone know why scientifically this kind of symptom would occur? And for how long this will last? Is this a common symptom upon stopping gluten? Thanks
