If you are going to Spain , you will not have any issue at all. There are plenty of Restaurants that take care of celiac disease and the Spain Celiac organziation ( FACE ) is really active with the Goverment and the Food labels . Almost any supermarket have special Gluten-Free section also. Hope it helps -
