  1. I have had a terrible rash on my neck and behind my ears for weeks. Only yesterday decided to check my shampoo bottle -- wheat protein right on the front. Duh. I'm sure this is the cause, but changed my shampoo today so we'll see if it goes away.
  2. Be strong, avoid all traces of gluten. Your family will get used to it eventually. Or not. It only matter that you feel good now and can enjoy simple pleasures like corn chips, gluten free brownies (try the new duncan hines) and wine! Not to mention fruits and vegetables, meats, etc. There really are so many choices once you get used to it. And...

    I had mine tested and they were both negative, but we learned that one is lactose intolerant. His life is better now that we know. See a specialist to be sure.
