    Many people dignosed with Celiac need to have their Gall Bladder removed from years of Celiac symtoms distroying our organs. Also NSAID (Liver disease) also associated with Celiac as everything you eat and drink is filtered by your Liver. So this is not uncommon; seeing more and more of Liver disease on the increase.

    Usually when I digest gluten or wheat I have a 4 hour window before reacting. If it is immediate it may be an intollerence to another food.     thank you for your advice. I have always taken them and I use Stonehedge because they are in a glass bottle, but don't have to be refrigerated. I also like they are 3rd party tested and state gluten free. But you never know if something better has come alone over the years.

    Maybe you have a low intolerance to Wheat. Rye, Barley and Malt are the gluten in Celiac disease. It has always been stated Wheat and Gluten, not just a Wheat intolerance.     Bud Light has a flavored Seltzer with 5 percent alcohol saying it is gluten free using malted rice. Is this a trusted statement and safe to drink?

    It may be gluten free, but it does not mention what type of bun it is placed on. So those thinking it is safe, may be at risk if the bun isn't gluten free.
