ARCHIVED Accurate Lab Results After Blood Drawn 12 Days Ago?

The lab (ACL) neglected to run the gluten test for my son after his blood was drawn 12 days ago (12/20/07). They said the blood would still be good for testing until 1/2/08 and they would test today. Does this sound like it will give us accurate results? My son is 2, so to draw more blood will be no picnic, but I want accurate testing. What would...
