It does take a good bit of studying and relearning how to eat gluten-free. I am diagnosed less than six months myself and still stumble around a bit but feel 100% better than I did. Dumb stuff to remember: envelopes - use a wet sponge to seal them; check any OTC medicines beforen you take them. All meds have a coating to make them appear more appealing... -
