I feel sooooo much better! for years i had horrible hip and knee joint pain and cronic constipation. I now have normal bm's consistently! more than one day in a row! my bloating and gas went away and the only time I have problems is when I have been glutend.

the same thing happend to me after cuting out gluten I droped from 130 to 121-124 it seems to have leveled out now.
