    Yes. I can't eat eggs, either. Seem OK in baked goods but no more egg while omelettes, etc. I'm so annoyed!!!
  3. Hi, I just made the gluten-free sandwich bread mix from Whole Foods. It is yummy. Crunchy on the outside and warm and chewy (well, almost!!!) on the inside. I am going to use Smart Balance instead of butter from now on because I think I am having some gall bladder issues (uncomfortableness on right side which seems to have subsided with some diet modifications...
