check out Mary Kay... I was at a local support group last year and a Mary Kay saleswoman was there to let us know they offered gluten-free products. I went gluten-free almost a year-and-a-half ago and did not used to have a skin reaction. But after a year of being gluten-free my skin started reacting to wheat too. i'm about to go on my first gluten-free ski vacation in a couple weeks. has anyone been to ogden, utah? any suggestions for good places to eat? any suggestions for good meals to take with me on the slopes -- keep in mind i'll be staying in a hotel and won't have access to a kitchen. thanks in advance for any suggestions! kerriboo

Be careful if making your own gluten-free vanilla... I have noticed many whole vanilla beans are preserved in bourbon. Wouldn't that effect the gluten-free-ness of it? -Kerriboo -
