  1. Happy birthday and may God bless you today!

  2. I had a negative for my blood tests as well. Well, not a negative; just not a positive. I stopped eating gluten and felt a TON better. My doctor told me, "If it quacks like a duck and looks like a duck.... it's a duck" If you feel better on a gluten free diet, I think you have your answer, regardless of the diagnosis.
  3. Hi Everybody! Does Dave and Busters's have any Gluten Free food? Or has anyone eaten there? Thanks for the help!
  4. As I sit here munching on my Peanut butter and chocolate rice cake I can tell you that they are very safe to eat! My biopsy came back practically negative but my doctor could still tell I had celiac disease. I say if she does well on a gluten free diet, you have your answer. As my doctor says, "If it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck..... it's a...
  9. I was just in Orlando for a trade show and ate at Margaritaville at Universal Studios City Walk. They have a gluten free menu and were very knowledgeable about our condition. I highly recommend them! One night we went to UNO's who also has a gluten free menu. I also ate at Salt Island (they were not helpful AT ALL) and had a house salad without any dressing...
