I am preparing my list to go grocery shopping tonight. This is the first time I am shopping gluten free. Can anyone give me an example of their shopping list? What I need to LOOK OUT for, and what is always gluten free, ie: veggies (I know are), but what else? I am TOTALLY overwhelmed. Are eggs gluten free? Is there gluten free rice? Coffee Creamer...
