I'm relieved to hear that others have had problems with weight gain. It is hard to go from eating everything in sight and not gaining weight to reducing your intake and still gaining. I'll try all of your suggestions.

ARCHIVED Swollen Extremities And Joint Pain?

I too have swollen hands. Diagnosed Oct. '03 with celiac disease and have been on a gluten free diet. So far have had negative results from rheumatoid arthritis test. Also have gained a lot of weight but am not retaining water.
