Hi Lisa, I also attended U of I but prior to knowing I had Celiacs. I plan on visiting this Fall for a football game and wanted to see if you had any suggestions of restaurants I could eat at or bars that may have gluten-free beer. Any help you could provide would be much appreciated. Jeanette

Hi Kat, Did anyone ever respond to you? I'm in the same boat as you - will be visiting U of I later this year and not sure if I will be able to find anything to eat...or maybe even drink at one of the bars. I'd love to hear how your experience went while teaching there. Thanks! Jeanette
