  2. I purchase my vitamins through Vitamin Shoppe online. They carry the Solgar brand. It's very easy to discern whether vitamins there contain gluten. When you click on the ingredient list, you'll either get the warning that it does contain gluten, or a message that it does not. That goes for all brands that I searched.   3. It was by blood test and I don't have the records. I did have a colonoscopy, a polyp removed, and he eventually told me that the earlier blood tests indicated a gluten allergy.
