Yes, it would be helpful if you could share your blood test results. You may have recorded antibodies just below a level the indicates celiac disease, but this could still mean that you are gluten sensitive. Knowing more about your results would be helpful. -

Does it say what type of test this was? Was it ttg? Also, is the normal range for this test shown? Knowing these would be helpful. -

Yes, I agree, since there are so many that are now labelled "gluten-free," why not just go with one that you can be sure won't cause you any issues? -
Although the standard spiel from medical doctors would be to recommend getting a formal diagnosis, having DH I can fully understand why you might not want to go that route, due to the fact that DH symptoms can be unbearable for most. In the end it is really your call on whether or not you need a formal diagnosis to stay gluten-free.

DH looks like tiny clear blisters that are super itchy, and usually surrounded by redness. If you can't get to a doctor and get a celiac disease blood panel, another option is ordering an online test kit, but keep in mind that to be tested for celiac disease you must continue eating gluten daily until your tests are finished.

I agree that there might be better bar choices out there, however, the original poster was asking whether or not Atkins bars are gluten-free, which tells me that they want those bars. They are gluten-free and safe for celiacs. -

I agree, if you are going to get tested for celiac disease it is best to do it right via your doctor and if they recommend it, a GI. -
Your doctor is using old knowledge here...most celiacs are not underweight, and a significant number are overweight, but the real issue is the damage being done, and how severe your symptoms are. Just to clarify, if something in the USA is labelled "gluten-free," as the Atkins bars are labelled, it does not mean that they contain 10-19 ppm, as they may have zero detectable gluten.
