  2. HERE IS WHERE THE PROBLEM WITH OUR FOOD IS: "Tuna, like other meats, must by USDA law list any grain added." USDA does nothing to preserve the good quality and taste of foods anymore. I have given up tuna and poultry completely because of the added solutions.

    reply: I cannot tolerate guar gum, Xanthun gum, High Fructose Corn Syrup and carrageenan--most of the newer additives which are made from algae/seaweed. Don't know if I'm a gluten sensitive person. And I am allergic to shellfish.
  5. I have tried everything from minute rice to brown rice to organic rice and they all have a bitter taste recently. BUT they get really bloated (like twice the size). What preservative is rice rinsed in? And why isn't it on the label?

All I know if that I cannot eat 1/2 the food I use to just six months ago. I have chemical sensitivities so I know they use petrochemicals to process these additives and they just started adding lots of them...

  8. I went to see my PCP and he's sending me to an allergist for these chemical reactions. I'll let you know what he says or does.
  9. Since November 07, I have noticed my legs get very weak. I also have found that the new additives and preservatives being put into our entire food supply (from meats to canned goods) are what's causing it. I never had this reaction ever in my 63 years of living and I play tennis, so I know weak legs. I know it's the additives because my lips and tongue...
  10. Before this past Thanksgiving I had never reacted to MSG in foods. But since Thanksgiving I have found myself reacting to everything and anything that has the newer additives and preservatives: guar gums, sea salts, irish moss, to name a few (all that stuff from the ocean). All the meats nowadays are being brined with concentrated herbs OR flavored oils...
