Hi Amy, Where are you, to begin with. There are a great bunch of docs out there who know about it and yet many more who don't. We just have to keep looking until we found the right one. I did not know I was wheat allergic until my husband, who happens to be an alternative kind of guy, said, hmm... and took me off wheat. I lost 80 pounds, my skin issues...
