I was diagnosed about 2 weeks ago with Celiac, also hae to stay away for Soy and Dairy (Casien). My husband and I moved to GA about a year and a half ago. I was diagnosed with Celiac about two weeks ago. Am I supposed to get seperate forks, spoons,pots and pans? I am the only one in the house with this. What about the food pantry and fridge? Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I was finally diagnosed with Celiac last week. I also can not eat Dairy or Soy. I am 30 and like you have been feasting on pizza my entire life. I ended up going to see a nutritionist and she has help me SO much. She has helped me figure out what I can eat. Little bits at a time, then slowly adding other foods. The upset...
