Hello everyone....i'm new to this and really need some help...i was diagnosed in Sept. /04 and gained at least 30 pounds....now am down about 20 and the last 10 are the hardest.....can't seem to budge even though i run and work out like crazy...could be the hormones kicking in ????.....menopause can't be helping either at this stage....any suggestions would...
