I'm up late reading a book on how to look for gluten-free ingredients, etc. And ended up confused. Is or is not modified food starch a nono? There is a Celiac information site that lists it as a nono. Yet the book said it was ok.
I am newly diagnoised into this wrold of Celiac Disease/ Gluten Intolerance. Unfortunantly I was not able to be tested as I have no health insurance.
