My GP is great & has a good vocabulary for Celiac but I'm not convinced he truly understand it. I've seen 2 GI's since last May & one completly ingnored Celiac conversations the other, who is known for dealing with it, won't work with me unless I'm on Gluten for 4 - 6 weeks for testing purposes. I'm confused - a gastroenterologist told me that unless I was eating gluten for 4-6 weeks at every meal the blood test would not be conclusive. What blood test can be run? Candy

I seem to have a very 'busy intestinal track' & the more fatigued I get the busier it becomes. Is this something any one else experiences? CJS

How much cross contamination is there if the pot, pan, or utensil are washed with hot water & dish soap?

Are there any tests that are accurate for Celiacs or GI if you are on a gluten free diet? The only two that I am aware of are the IgG blood test & the endoscopy. I was told that I needed gluten in my diet for 4 - 6 wks, 3x's/day before the either of the tests would be valid. Is there any other way? CJS
