  1. I tried to go back on the wheat for the same reason, but gave up yesterday after a week and a half. I had forgotten how tired I felt from it! and found even more syptoms that i hadn't put down to wheat before. Good luck with it! Rennie Deflatine might help, it eases things for me a bit.
  2. A Kanesiologist would help in finding out what you are intoletant too and how intolerant you are to certain things. Its really hard to find out what is causing the problems as some things take a long time to have a reaction and also a long time to get out of your system.
  3. I'd never heard of fibromyalgia. It seems to fit alot of my symptoms but then so do alot of things.   4. most foods here are labled really well and most of the super markets have a section for gluten/wheat free foods. places like Tesco, Sainsbury and morrisons are all really good.

  7. Hello Just joined this sight and it seems really great! As far as I know they put flour in catering cheese when it has been grated. This is to stop it sticking together. It effects me really badly so it must be really cheap flour.
