A great list and very helpful - but things do change over time. According to the manufacturer's web page, Spike (from Modern Products) is now gluten-free.

I use O'Keeffe's Working Hands, which is scentless and non-greasy as well as being gluten-free. It's great stuff - doesn't wash off as easily as most lotions - and is intended specifically for hands that crack and split, according to the package. Mine don't, but it's the best hand cream I've ever found, and members of my family who aren't celiacs agree...

I've found it easiest to use the internet. Searching for lists of products - e.g., gluten-free shampoo - sometimes works. What I normally do is a search for a specific brand name plus the term "gluten-free" - for example: Garnier gluten-free - since if the manufacturer doesn't tell you on their web site which of their products are gluten-free (and I try...
