I read this post several times over a few days before I responded. I'm trying to stay cool, but this honestly has me disgusted! ARCHIVED gluten-free Ingredient List? And Any Celiacs In Ok?

I have a short ingredient list that is and isn't ok, but I can't seem to find anything more comprehensive!!! Does anyone have a good gluten-free ingredient list - both what is and isn't allowed? I have lists of common brands, etc, that are ok. But, I need an ingredient list to carry, too, if possible!!! Thanks for the help!
