    La Tortilla Factory is a company that makes teff tortillas.... they're pretty good! I used to get them at Meijer, but haven't seen them lately. If you get on their website, you can do a search for a store near you.

    Stainless steel pots and pans are fine........as long as you clean it extra well. Glass and corningware is fine.......same as above. Cookie sheets and other metal pans can be covered in foil or parchment if you don't want to replace them. Non-stick pans usually need to be replaced, as they often have scratches that could harbor gluten. Same...
