Help!! I am gluten intolerant but I want to become a vegan. I am worried as I have read in many places that a dairy and meat free diet is unsuitable for a sufferer of coeliac disease. Is there anywhere I could find an example of a typical week in a gluten-free and vegan diet? Or any advise in general. Will J.
