Hello My family will be moving From Wisconsin to Arizona in 4 months. both my sons have celiac disease and numerous other allergies. Does anyone have any suggestions on how they have moved across country without being able to stop and eat anywhere? We will be driving and have figured it will take us around 3 days to get there. ...

Hello, I am new to the forum and have 2 boys ages 6 and 12 who have celiac disease. Both have a very high amount of food allergies as well.Casein, almonds ,sunflower seeds peanuts,peas,amaranth,apples,strawberries,grapes,eggs,soy,chocolate,poultry,all dairy,gluten, and one of the hardest Rice!!and dyes which has been quite a challenge.
