  1. Ok I swear this sauce has poisoned me and chained me to the toilet. lol sick I know but I swear it must be the sauce... Can anyone of you wonderfully helpful peeps tell me which one of these ingredients it could have been? Or maybe just maybe I was cross contaminated w/ something else I guess but I really think it was the sauce... I must be dumb b/c...
  2. With summer coming, I'm dying for our old ritual of Sunday night Dairy Queen... Does anyone know if there is ANYTHING there gluten free??? Any ice cream???
  3. I was very very happy to find this post! I had no idea my hip bones were supposed to show! Wow so I've only been gluten free for a short time but today I kept looking at myself in the mirror thinking somethings different, what's different? Suddenly I realized omg I have hip bones! I haven't seen hip bones since, probably 12 years ago. Glad to see it's NOT...
  4. Thank you so much for the good info! So, another thing I was wondering, you say Kraft labels theirs w/ gluten, so are most salad dressings ok?? I appreciate all the help I can get.
  5. Hello everyone, I am new to this! I was just diagnosed w/ celiac and I'm sooo confused! I keep reading conflicting things about whats safe vs. unsafe. Things like mayo, vinegar, pickles, mustard, french fries, tortilla chips? I just don't know...Also, it looks like this cross contamination thing is a pretty big deal I guess huh? I hadn't really considered...
