Well I haven't gone on the cruise yet, so I don't know all the details. But Carnival tells me they will be able to provide gluten free meals for my wife the entire cruise. I'm don't know about the excursions though... Jake

Well The food was quite good. It was a little expensive though and the portions were small. This was a fine dining establishment. Very good service in the middle of the rush. I would reccomend it though. Apparently (so I've been told) it is owned by the same company as PF Chang's.

Here is an update. I am glad to see that PF Chang's took the issue seriously and has made the procedural modifications necessary to minimize these occurances. My wife is a Celiac and when we got married (in June) she had a gluten-free cupcake. Otherwise, i would expect that any baker (who specializes in wedding cakes) would be willing to make you a gluten free cake. Although CC could be an issue I'm sure.' Congratulations bye-the-way!!!
