    Well I haven't gone on the cruise yet, so I don't know all the details. But Carnival tells me they will be able to provide gluten free meals for my wife the entire cruise. I'm don't know about the excursions though... Jake

    Well The food was quite good. It was a little expensive though and the portions were small. This was a fine dining establishment. Very good service in the middle of the rush. I would reccomend it though. Apparently (so I've been told) it is owned by the same company as PF Chang's.

    Made this for my Celiac Wife. 2 C Brown Rice Flour 1/2 C tapioca 1/2 C Almond Meal 1 t Xanthan gum 2 t Baking soda 1/4 t Salt 1 T Sugar 2 T Oil 4 Eggs 2 1/2 C Almond Milk (real milk could be used too) 1/2 t vanilla Put dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl and wisk together. My wife doesn't do well with corn so these work great when making fajitas. 2 C Brown rice flour 1 t Xantham Gum 1 t sugar 1/4 t salt 2 eggs 3 C water 2 T olive oil First mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl.     My wife is a Celiac and when we got married (in June) she had a gluten-free cupcake. Otherwise, i would expect that any baker (who specializes in wedding cakes) would be willing to make you a gluten free cake. Although CC could be an issue I'm sure.' Congratulations bye-the-way!!!

    I wish they had a similar system in Sacramento... It doesn't appear that they do. The only differences I have discovered are the gluten free sauce is a little lighter in color and less spicy. Where is your location? I will suggest that they use plates to mark the food everywhere. Thanks for the good wishes! Jake

    I agree... I worry that my complaining will make it less likely more restaurants will take the innitiative to have gluten free menues. Restaurants who offer a gluten free menue increase their chances of complaints due to cross contamination issues. On the other hand, I think when a restaurant offers a gluten free menue, the expectation that they will serve...
