Anything you eat does go through your breastmilk. I have a son allergic to wheat and milk so the allergist and I worked on a diet plan for the third trimester and first 6 months of breastfeeding. I am not eating gluten, dairy, eggs, fish, seafood, nuts, and tree nuts. This can be difficult but for me it is the right thing to do.
