  1. Bob's Red Mill makes gluten-free oats. I found them recently at my local food coop, and I didn't think they were any more expensive than other gluten-free products.
  2. I've used Westsoy Rice Beverage for several years, and I recently called the company because I have an--as yet--unidentified source of gluten in my diet that's causing me problems. The representative told me that it's gluten-free. The reason it's not labeled that way is because they have to guarantee to test each batch in order to put that on the package...
  3. I like cold cereal, and Nature's Path makes a gluten-free cereal called Mesa Sunrise. As well as a regular cereal box size, it also comes in a 750 gram bag which is a bit more economical. Watch out! Many cold cereals are flavored with barley malt, which contains gluten.
