ARCHIVED Eating Gluten Before Blood Test?

In my case I only stopped gluten 3 weeks ago (I'm 28), and have the biopsy in one week. Do you think that the result should still be quite accurate? I started gluten again yesterday and have been having worse than ever of my usual symptoms (heart arrhythmias (benine PACs) and gallbladder and back pain/pressure). I didn't really have evidence of improvement...
