  2. I just got an email from Hawwian Tropic, they can not safely say that any of their products are gluten-free. Banana Boats website does not give a phone number or a way to contact them, UGH! My daughter is 3.5 and would eat lotion if I let her, so she loves to lick her arms after I put it on. I need to find a safe sunscreen!

  12. I really like the My Favorite Sandwhich Bread from gluten-free Pantry. Could i make my own bread crumbs using this? Silly question, but would they go bad/moldy if I wanted to store them? Anyone every do this?

  18. I am used to making pizza dough ahead of time and freezing it in batches....can I do the same wiht my gluten-free dough. Does the flour mixture make a difference? Just wondering!

  21. I am so happy for you! I just made the GL Pantry bread and loved it! I was looking at my box of cornstarch (while I was also cleaning out my pantry) and I saw a quick recipe for a roux "starter" I was wondering if it would be anygood and I was gonna try some homemade mac and cheese.   22. Is it ok to use butter when a recipe calls for shortening or margarine. I just like the idea of using a natural product vs the other stuff.

  24. What does that mean on a label? I mean really, if that's the case, just use that for all the ingredients, right? I mean it will either be natural or artifical! UGH! So, we have to be careful with anything that has this in the label, right?
