If you don't mind me asking, what supplements did you try. Many people, myself included who are Celiac/Gluten-intolerant have problems with yeast. Symptoms of boating, cramping, diarrhea, constipation, etc may be from enteric overgrowth of yeast. I find gluten-free or not if my diet is high in carbs, breads, yeasts, sugars; my symptoms return. ... -

Hi, I agree, with other replies. There must be contamination, even maybe from meds/IV used during childbirth process. I would hope she is still on a good multi-vitamin. I would suggest she seek someone nearby to consult her on nutrition and supplementation, as she likely needs help healing her gut right now. She needs to heal form the inside-out...
