I have posted many product reviews on gluten free foods on my website (http://www.associatedcontent.com/user/72531/genie_walker.html) . I also have a video I made called "Gluten Free Lifestyle: An Introduction." People kept asking me questions so I decided to write sometime easy to understand for newbies and friends/family who want to learn more about being gluten free.

Thank you for all your suggestions - I will look into the websites. The brownie mixes are good, but they shoot my blood sugar up too high and takes several days to recover. -

I'm craving brownies and I want to make some soon like today. My problem is that I need them to be dairy free and sugar free in addition to gluten free. (I'm not asking much am I?) The brownie mixes I found aren't sugar free. Does anyone have a good recipe? At this point I would settle for a half-way decent brownie recipe. Genie -

It may or may not have gluten in the paper from wheat straw, but the idea of it scares me. A co-worker told me that she heard that they have found a way to make clothes from wheat, which I find frightening. -
