Hey, this is my first post. I was just diagnosed with Celiac about a month ago and I'm still trying to figure everything out. I'm leaving this fall for college and have no idea how this new life style is going to work. I've always been an extremely healthy eater, but I know going off to college will make things a little more difficult. Any ideas for a PCS... -
