Hi! I'm traveling to Italy in May and am very nervous regarding availability of gluten-free foods. I didn't see Alitalia listed. What airline did you use? Has anyone flown to italy on Alitalia...and were they able to provide gluten-free food for you? I'm looking for all the help I can get. Thanks. Ann
