Hey all! I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a good multi-vitamin? My GI and doc have said nothing, nor advised on additional appointments or tests, even though my levels were through the roof. I have been trying to get a referral to another doc, but with no luck as the hospital system does not have any docs with experience treating... -

I will say, on the whole, it does get better. I try not to let my fear of getting sick keep me from eating out and for the most part, when I do eat out, I have been ok. I just have to be really careful and really specific. There is some good gluten-free bread out there, and you can have your Grilled Cheese Sandwich!!! Whole Foods Sandwich bread is good...

That sounds so good! I am going to have to go on a massive shopping trip and try this! Only problem is, I live alone, so I do not tend to make a lot of sweets to keep around the house, cuz I want to keep my "girlish figure"

Congrats on your year! I think I am going to have to search through the forums for your recipies since everyone is saying how good they are! I have been gluten free for 2 months and it is good to hear about people who are doing so well with it and to keep that as the positive when I am having a rough day! I am glad to hear that you are feeling better. I am with you on the down side of things, but my problem is that people have been bringing in lots and lots of sweets to work and I want them so bad! I am such a sweet freak, and not being able to enjoy things every day for 2 weeks has gotten me down. But, I know that this too will pass......

Welcome! I have only been at this for 4 weeks, and I hear you on the not knowing what to buy. I find it helps to look at things like it is not the end of the world, just a new way of looking at it.
