Hey Rachel, I also live near the Montreal area - in Laval. And you can definitely find gluten free foods at some IGA's, and Loblaws'. There is also a factory called "Glutino" in Laval located in Fabreville. They have breads, bread crums, different types of flours, cereals, hamburger buns, etc. I usually get my gluten free food from IGA and the Glutino...
