  1. Ridges in your nails are often a sign of iron deciency. It might be a good idea to see your doctor and ask to have an iron level done. One that checks your iron stores too.. there are many non celiac reasons that could cause this too.... Robyn

  5. It used to say Gluten Free on their package, it doesnt anymore... I wonder if this is because they cant make that claim anymore? Think I will stick to Lay's plain, at least I know they are gluten free..
