We are going to Hawaii on the 18th of April and are staying at The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort.We are flying from So Carolina to Arizona and are staying there for 1 night and then on to Hawaii. I will be spending 3 days in Tuscon and 5 days in Flagstaff AZthe end of May. Does anyone live in/ or have traveled to these areas that could that could tell me some good "safe" restaurants?. Hi I was diagnosed with perepheral neuropathy in 1998 and was diagnosed with celiac's just one year ago. I have burning tingling and numbness from my toes to my knees on both legs-----my fingers have been ok so far. Since I have been on the gluten-free diet I have not had any relief from the neuropathy. Everytime I try to click on one of the sites for the gluten free food lists I am kicked off the internet. I have a question---is soy lecithin ( an ingredient in many foods ) safe or unsafe?

Hi I am new to this also. It takes me forever to grocery shopping as I do read all the labels. I have found however that when I am in doubt I call the company. For the most part they have all been very helpful, however they urge you to read all the labels as their formulas change frequently--this adds to the frustration.I have trouble with the food additives...
