  1. There is a great magazine called Living Without, this month the issue is full of cake recipes and they always offer lots of substitution ideas. Check out theie website, livingwithout.com there are a couple of the cake recipes posted there.

  4. I'm sorry you are having such a hard time! For me the biggie was eggs, I kept thinking I was getting glutened but it was eggs! I have found "gluten-free" to be the easy part, it's all the other food allergies and sensitivities that are proving to be the most challenging! Good luck and hang in there, it will get better!
  5. Oops, sorry about the previous "non post", I'm a rookie! Rebecca Reilly has a great book, Gluten Free Baking. I have made several of the recipes and they have all been delicious. Even my gluten eating friends and family rave. There are even recipes for cream puffs and graham crackers.
